I have read Tesla's descriptions of the differences, but it doesn't tell me much. I'm looking for answers to the following:

When it comes to Ride & Handling... What is the difference between Relaxed and Focused? When they say "Ride", I assume that Focused mode will be more of a sporty suspension which would mean it's rougher on potholes. With "Handling", does that mean the steering wheel is more sensitive meaning I will turn it less when compared to Relaxed?

When it comes to Preferred Ride Height, is there a big range difference between Lower and Higher? I know higher usually means less range on highways, but has anyone tested that to see what the real difference is?

Appreciate the help and understanding.

I saw these, but the description, "Provides higher damping for more dynamic driving. Cybertruck will feel more responsive and connected to the road." Not sure what that means unless its exactly as I said above.
It's stiffer/ sportier

Does that also mean steering will be more responsive to turning?

I know I sound dumb, but just want to truly understand the nuances of it.

“Higher” ride height means either Medium or Low. I know it’s confusing, but once you understand, it totally makes sense. I didn’t know the details. My Beast kept going back to “Low” in highways despite “Higher” setting. I thought it was a software bug. The truck is so smart that it can detect when the range might get comprised on freeways. It automatically goes to “Lower” even at High ride setting. It’s super optimized for range. The “High” suspension height is also geo locked. Whenever you go to those locations, the suspension automatically goes to “High”. Super handy if you often go to certain dirt roads that need “High” suspension. You can remove the location if needed. Pretty cool! No other truck on the market does these things, and these are the least talked about features.

Just take a short drive in one mode, then change the mode and repeat the drive over the exact same road(s) as before. This type of comparison will give you a better idea of the differences than simply reading about them.

Once one receives their vehicle...

@MisterTea (great username btw) I really appreciate this post because I too often find myself reading documentation and not fully understanding what it means. I’m sorry that some of the responses back were just sending you to links to things that you probably already read. But unfortunately, sometimes users of this forum can be less than helpful. One trick I’ve started to use is going to the free Grok app and asking my question to Grok. For instance I just had a question about my cyber beast not having a rear locking differential. I asked it what the differences are between the two trims with respect to the rear locking diff, to give me a pros and cons of not having one, and to tell me what it means to not have a locking differential in the rear. It gave me back several good descriptive paragraphs and I’m gonna start using it now for questions I have about the truck because it scrapes websites and Twitter and is really good at taking jargon and explaining it to me like I’m five years old or like I don’t understand the jargon.

Given there was only one post with links, might I respond?

OP said: "I have read Tesla's descriptions of the differences"
That gives no indication of what they read. Was it the Owner's Manual or some other source?
OP asked: "is there a big range difference between Lower and Higher?"
Links, when combined, gave exact height differences and when they occur

But yeah, I could have included my second and third responses with the first, but given the 30 minute total conversation time, was I really that unhelpful?

You don’t sound dumb at all. Tesla gives a lot of detail for something many of us wish could be described in a one-word mode name. Other OEMs manage it. Too many options, at least for me, result in choosing none.

I have heard that the higher suspension setting results in a more comfortable ride but I am letting the car decide apart for on my preferences.
