Power Conversion System Failure

So I purchased my CT on Aug. 14th & it broke down on Aug. 16th. My CT lost all power & had to be towed to the shop. With only 100 miles on it, I’m being told they aren’t sure when they will be able to completely diagnose & service it due to high volumes at the service center. This is my first EV & I’m regretting it big time.
Vin# is early 20k.

Had a similar issue in Feb/2025. VIN# 38***, around 2400 miles. SC replaced PCS, no other issues so far. Previously I drove Model Y 2022, loved it. No issues ever.
