I finally just had the Power Share device installed yesterday along with the Universal Wall Connector. Adding the
Universal Wall Connector to the
site (my home) was a breeze.

When adding the Power Share device, I accidentally created a new site. I should have added the device from the app instead of using the QR code of the front of the device.

Bottom line, I need remove the second site then add the Power Share device to the original primary site.

Anyone have experience with this? Any help is appreciated.

Next stop is Tesla support if I can’t figure this out…

Good luck, I have Tesl soar and one of my Tesla inverter died a week in, they don’t combine in the app I have to swipe to see there info it’s all screwed up. Tried Tesla support and they give me a run around saying I had to wait another week and the RMA unit would disappear on its own, nope it’s still there years later.

For your situation, perhaps remove the device and re add it.

Call Tesla support. They will want the QR code from the Operation Guide that came with Your Universal charger IIRC. They sorted me out in less than 5 minutes.

I had to call Tesla support to get it removed and have it all placed under one home. No way to do it on your own.

Not even using the "Tesla One" app?

If you call them they will ask you to pick your main home and they will add all your products to that one. It took 5 minutes. I'm not sure about the Tesla one app. Calling seemed way easier to me.
