PowerShare Email, Zip Code Invalid. Anyone get this?

I received a strange email about my PowerShare surgery saying that my zip code is invalid. See below. Anyone else get this email? I called customer support, but as usual, the rep knew nothing and was genuinely confused, even so far as saying, “I really don’t know anything about that.” I prodded and he said no one else could help me. Told me to wait and see what happens. ??? The email specifically states reply by March 1st. Doesn’t sound like a wait and see thing to me.
