Based on the email you copied, it sounds like you already have a PowerWall installed at your home. This FAQ page on Tesla’s site answers some questions pertaining to PowerShare including for those who have a PowerWall.

https://www.tesla.com/support/powershare

With the Foundation Series purchase, you can get PowerShare hardware at no extra cost, you just have to pay for installation. CyberBeast buyers will get $4k towards installation from Tesla.

if you weren’t sure what PowerShare is, it includes a Wall Connector and Tesla Gateway that allows you to power your home with the Cybertruck in the event of a power outage.
This was very helpful Thank You.

FWIW - My experience with Smart Charge America was excellent. Their team was knowledgeable and polite. They assisted to find the best way to accomplish my desired charger location. One of the technicians even swept my front walkway while he was waiting for the software install to complete!

The first picture is where the mains go to the garage. I have 2X 200amp panels for 400 amps of service. That was there before the install.

The second pic is the panel but I believe the front of it is facing the wall. It is very clean.
Could I trouble you for the gateways dimensions?

I wanted to put it and the additional load center (they say I need?) under some stairs but the NEC Work Clearance area would be an issue and then the gas meter is too close. PG&E wants 3' on either side of the main gas line and a 3' radius around the vent opening for any new electric device.

I'm also hoping they can run the wires inside behind the enclosures.

This is such a simple and kind gesture that goes so far with service guys. I've always done it because I saw my parents do it and just assumed it was normal.
Yeah, it's to a point that even when I break out the snacks, they don't touch it. So weird. Well, my neighbor's guys will eat anything, but none of the guys I've hired would eat so much as a cookie.

I did have one electrician I tipped in water, though. Our winter water used to be straight from the well and his was on the other side of the water system so he didn't get the direct well water. But people baby their livestock, so I understand it.

The cookie incident did lead to one of our funniest stories - after the tree guys left, our cat found the cookies and brought one to my spouse who was hiding from the noise in the bedroom. "Look, mom, I found you a cookie!"

I loved that cat.
