Powershare Installed - Works - But not showing on Tesla App correctly

Anyone else have this issue?

I have Powershare Gateway and the Universal Charger installed.

On all the screen grabs I've seen online, it will show the CT parked in the garage on the 'Home' portion of the app. Mine does not.

Any suggestions?

Fixed: I'll leave it here in case anyone else has this issue.

Even though the powershare gateway combo was installed and connected to wifi, and working, the installer didn't install the universal charger as well. Once I installed the universal charger in the 'Home', by connecting 'Add Product' in the app, and connected it to wifi, it started working.
