I’ve had powershare installed since the early summer. I haven’t checked the app in a little bit, but I did earlier today and I noticed that no power usage data has been pulled in my Tesla app since December 9, it’s just blank.

I have no idea if my gateway is off-line or what’s going on. I did some basic Google searching and have come up with nothing. I tried emailing an old Tesla email address that I once used when I was troubleshooting a problem with my wall charger and it came back as undeliverable.

Does anybody have any ideas?

There is a reset button in the PowerShare gateway (I believe its an orange button). Try that first. If that doesn't work, you could try pulling power more upstream to power cycle the gateway. Keep in mind this will likely kill power to the house. Another thing that helped our gateway was having a dedicated 2.4ghz wifi channel and connect it to that.

Thanks, I tried the orange button and nothing happened, so I flipped the breaker on my electrical panel that connects to the gateway. That fixed it. I did wind up finding a different thread discussing the same issue and that's what OP wound up doing. Hopefully it's good to go now.

I got the exact same issue and the only way to resolve it is power cycle the main breaker. Does it happen to you again? Mine will only stay up for a few days but I don’t want to power cycle my house every week. I contacted Tesla and my installer comes 3 times already and no solution provided.

It has only happened to me the one time. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen again.

I appreciate this thread. I noticed that mine had no data for the last month. The reset button did nothing but as stated above, activating power share by killing the main breaker kicked everything back into gear. Let’s see if things maintain. I can also follow it from my Wi-Fi network and it is once again uploading and downloading data. Thanks all.
