I had my tonneau cover replaced, and it still leaks like a sieve up at the top. I think I'm just going to recalibrate it so the first tonneau slat stays 1/2" under the aeroflap, but it got me thinking - why doesn't somebody make an aeroflap that overhangs the tonneau cover by an inch or so?

This is a pic taken from the side of my truck. The purple outlined thing is the aeroflap, and you can see the gap with the holes outlined in yellow. I've found if I open the cover a half inch to push that gap under the aeroflap, less water gets in. An aeroflap that had some some extending rubber weatherseal or something seems useful here. At least until Tesla revisits this design.

Pardon my artwork. :)

Would love to see a low voltage fridge incorporated into the open area in front of center console. Would be cool to have the cup holders keep your drink hot or cold.
Even if the fridge made up of the blue fake ice to keep drinks cold that would be cool.
ford flex years ago had one built into their back seat console.
