Maybe some of this?I had my tonneau cover replaced, and it still leaks like a sieve up at the top. I think I'm just going to recalibrate it so the first tonneau slat stays 1/2" under the aeroflap, but it got me thinking - why doesn't somebody make an aeroflap that overhangs the tonneau cover by an inch or so?
This is a pic taken from the side of my truck. The purple outlined thing is the aeroflap, and you can see the gap with the holes outlined in yellow. I've found if I open the cover a half inch to push that gap under the aeroflap, less water gets in. An aeroflap that had some some extending rubber weatherseal or something seems useful here. At least until Tesla revisits this design.
