Finished install of my new steel rear bumper from Unplugged. The install went well except that the tow receiver was welded on the wrong side and reversed. This issue was a manufacturer glitch and I’m not sure how many others this effected or just mine. I had the bracket cut off and welded to the other side. I’m happy to say that Frank Sabo @ Unplugged was amazing and helped out during the corrections.
I’m am waiting on my new front steel bumper to arrive (back order). The only thing I didn’t like about my CT was the plastic bumpers. I think the truck deserves more. I’ll update this post when the front bumper arrives. Thank you again to Frank and the Unplugged Performance Team.

Honestly have not noticed any! There is some weight increase but I do not think it is noticeable. The biggest benefit is getting rid of a plastic bumper skin that the truck doesn't deserve. I love the new bumper.
