This original request and idea was posted by me - and the thought was purely cosmetics. There are many sources that use the terms interchangeably. And while their mechanisms are indeed a little different, their outcomes are the same, more weight on the ground.
A spoiler reduces lift
A wing creates downforce.
They both increase the pressure on the ground.
But that brings us back to why we are here. What would you be trying to do to alter the highly aerodynamically tested of the Cybertruck?
Does anyone have any additional insight / wind tunnel testing that suggests how it can be made better.
OR, are they just cosmetic?
Even at a small loss of range.
The idea was to add that redirection at the tail end to slightly break the slope rear angle of the CT bed.
