Now my truck is at the cargo station near the sales center, but it cannot be delivered to the store. My loan is already counting the time, and I need to pay the first loan in 15 days, but I still cannot pick up the car. How should I solve this problem?I'm in Southern California, and the appointment pick-up service is terrible. This is the fourth time the pick-up time has been postponed. Just today, I was told that I can't pick up the car yet and have to wait until September 25th.Doesn't Tesla need to bear any responsibility? I have to pay the loan but can't get the car?

This happened to me in 2018, and I was SOL where I had sold my old car, and was paying for my Tesla loan for a good 2 months before they could deliver my old Model 3. This was during the delivery ramp so they had a ton of logistics challenges.

What does this mean? I just left one of the off site storage lots and seen this. That battery hold was on my brand new beast I'm suppose to pick up Saturday. Probably another 25 cybertrucks in the same lot and mine is the only one that has this hold on it. Could this be because I ordered the range extender?

Your first mistake was not reading the forums and understanding what can happen. I was caught in the accelerator issue and my truck got held up for nearly a month. Stuff happens. There have been numerous situations out of Tesla's control of delivery delays.

The second mistake was finalizing financing with a third party before the truck was ready for pickup.

Sorry to be so blunt, but you are far from the first one that this has happened to.

Similar situation for me. I had to wait two weeks or so after I was fully funded to pick up the car because of the Sail Trim Peice and the Wiper motor needing to be replaced.
