Now my truck is at the cargo station near the sales center, but it cannot be delivered to the store. My loan is already counting the time, and I need to pay the first loan in 15 days, but I still cannot pick up the car. How should I solve this problem?I'm in Southern California, and the appointment pick-up service is terrible. This is the fourth time the pick-up time has been postponed. Just today, I was told that I can't pick up the car yet and have to wait until September 25th.Doesn't Tesla need to bear any responsibility? I have to pay the loan but can't get the car?
