Reporting FSD mistakes - how?

2. Follow on-screen prompt: Record a short voice memo explaining why you disengaged FSD.

and WAY better data, instead of getting someone who is just dealing with a disengagement and is flustered they can calmly sit in their driveway and review and report.

Things like that and sentry mode missing B pillars is flabbergasting why it has not happened yet

they probably don't include the b-pillars due to the extra power draw, but I'd love the option to eat that cost in exchange for no blind spots.
