I ordered a set of running boards on 12/02/2024 and have yet to hear from TESSTUDIO. Are they still operating or did I just get scammed? The credit card was charged and I have already paid the bill, still no running boards. Does anyone else have this problem? I really want the running boards! My Order #TES24002223. My locations is Miami, Fl.

They did and said the running boards will be shipped on the 30th. Once again ALL IS CALM.

Those running boards are not what you may think they are. They are NOT nerf bars. The way they are built is much like the steps on a porch. The mounting brackets are basically spot welded simple box structures with no diagonal support. Any diagonal impact will cause the spot welds to give way and the support will fold. The welds clearly are at the level of the sale price. Made for fast production with cheap labor. Good luck dealing with any returns. They will stonewall you and try to get you to keep the defective item because they have no presence in the US.
