Terrible company. I’m in the same boat but they still advertise items in stock knowing they don’t have them. Customer service sucks. Takes them days to answer. Offered me a small free gift in my next purchase for my troubles. Why would anyone buy more if they can’t get the first product.

What makes these “smart”? They don’t auto fold? Why AMP hasn’t come out with a step yet I have no idea
We will develop a foldable pedal in February, and there will be a related video at that time. We currently cannot disclose the principles of our design.

I ordered mine on November 27 inquired customer service about the status of my order on December 10th Got a reply from customer service on the 11th saying that it would be shipped out the next week because of Black Friday deals they had none in stock but if you go to the website they had 8 in stock. Next week comes no boards again, sent another inquiry to their customer service on the 18th and they just copy and pasted and returned the same exact email to me saying it would be the next week still no boards or tracking number on the 20th. No response from customer service since then, this is unacceptable.

Also when checking the order number on the website it says no information found for this order.

@Tesstudio please send us what we paid for. It's a Christmas present for my wife that probably won't arrive in time if at all.

Hello, your order was placed on December 2nd. I have already forwarded your request to the warehouse, and they will prioritize your order once the goods are available. I anticipate that we will be able to ship your order by the end of this month. I will keep tracking your order information as quickly as possible.
Seems like they'd already responded to you, and posted similar to someone else, @Tatahed69 . Clearly they need more English speakers in customer service, but when dealing with freight and custom parts, instant gratification isn't a thing.

I've found your order; unfortunately, the running board and puddle lights are currently out of stock. However, 80 units are expected to arrive by the 30th. I will speak with our warehouse to prioritize your order for shipping.

Terrible company with deceitful customer service. They will not refund your money if you have been waiting too long, instead they will keep telling you that it is shipping as soon as they stock up which is indefinite. Took over a month to receive defective product, It is a China-based company with no US presence so they do not have the facilities to accept returns. There's another company that produces similar running boards made in the US. These are mass-produced with crap welds and cheap fasteners.

I’m confused, the first half of your paragraph seems like you haven’t received them, But the last half insinuates that you did receive your running boards, but you don’t like the quality? What’s the problem with yours?
