Our Reservation "proof" is now missing from Tesla's My Products dashboard. After checking on it every so often in anticipation it is now gone. I called Tesla (888-518-3752) and when I got to talk to a real person all he had to say was that the Reservation Number should not be listed on the website UNTIL I get the email. He did confirmed that our name/phone number was still in their system as pending, he could not explain why the number was shown to begin with.
Wether I got the email or not and was able to see the number every time i went there, why is it gone now? He could not give me an answer. Have any of you experienced this and how did you resolved it to show again on the account?
