I kind of assumed that you meant something more than my phone, but I just threw that out there and added that as well what I have done on my side. I reached out to the one 800 number that was over the weekend. Didn’t realize that they were closed called again on Monday. Somebody said that they would give me a call back later on in the day they would look through everything they didn’t hear anything back Sat on hold for a little while this morning and they had no update Not really sure who to escalated to at this point it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of a human being over the phone.

I’ve never looked into this. Never asked this and never thought about it, but is there a way to change the center that it’s being delivered to or just have it transferred from one in town to the other Sacramento center? I’m not sure how that all works.
if I had one complaint to make about owning a tesla is the lack of personalized or tailored service for anything pre or sub service center level visit. anything short of requiring a service center visit is not available. no help with a question or feature. or are we missing something?

I'm confused, I've purchased many Tesla's over the years including a CT earlier this year and have only paid a deposit until the vin was assigned. Once the vin was assigned you submit everything else.

Correct so have I. But that was not the case. I paid in the showroom, the original night and only did this because they were going to manually assign a vin. They couldn’t do it for whatever reason after being paid. That next morning the vin was to be assigned and to come in to finish whatever it was. Came in, now that’s when they said they only had AWD, for whatever reason they said I had to pay for that one or finance.it, as the original 122k was to be returned. That did not happen, the awd they mentioned well that disappeared supposedly and wasn’t on the floor. Which is how two payments came up. Never got assigned this vin, and have not received a response since then. I’ve tried to even cancel it, says I can’t cancel it. I’ve got 3 other Tesla’s never had this issue, or lack of response but this is the first time at this location.

Not sure
If it rolls off a truck, and hasn't been checked in by the staff, is it still in transit?

-Crissa

Not to sure, but i just did something and used a contact which i shouldn’t have and hate doing so, but was able to get a resolution. And as I was told, Dublin has FS, and others do hopefully by 6 tomorrow I’ll have it changed and fixed and drive home with it. And I hate having to use someone to make progress in a situations as it’s not their job if they’re not involved nor in the same portion but it is what it is.

So hey if anyone’s gonna want a 23 plaid s with the track package and life charging/fsd, I’m a rare build spec, it’s currently already posted at 70obo lol.

Anyone in California ever use the rocklin location ?

Ordered a cybertruck as they have 4 in inventory in the lot, first was a CB could get it next day, paid outright. 2 days go by no vin, so i went into the showroom they say they only have awd now, okay so changed to that, but payment was already assigned or some shit, so had to finance this awd. Next day, they have a foundation come in use my original payment pay slight difference leave. Okay do that, wouldn’t allow them to manually assign vin. Next day (day 6) after 2 payments one 122k outright and another 96k financed on same RN number, vin gets assigned for a CB. Cool. They have 2 now on the lot person who called said, Come in, well it’s in transit not sure why someone would tell you to come in. So i go home, next day reach out via the app, it’s in transit can’t tell me anything more than that. Cool. Send my wife in (today) as a random, ask about the trucks etc. they tell her there is 2 that just came off the truck a couple days ago unassigned. The rep does a follow up and text my wife telling her there is availability. So I take picture of the text, message that picture through the app. Ignored. Go in, we’re not sure who those belong to or if they’re ready.

Complete run around for over a week now, initially ordered the 10/17, paid 10/18 in full, paid again 10/28 via finance in full, have a vin for 2/3 days now. Cant schedule no idea what in the hell is going on. Won’t respond, via app it’s insane. Won’t take a trade in on a roadster, won’t do shit. Absolutely ridiculous. IMO.

Oh all while mvpa, yeah signed and dated as well as the sellers signature form, dated.

Multiple payments. Multiple vins. 1 RN, no vehicle, all while as of today the unreserved CB’s on the lot…

On this first picture here what is this number? Just appeared today, has no relation to the vin numbers or rn.

I've gotten 4 cars from Rocklin now, including the current CB, I always had an issue with communication, but never anything like this. I had a habit of asking for the same sales rep everytime, so that they knew me and was much easier to follow up with one person.

I feel like the whole CB management across Tesla is a bit weird than the previous cars, feels very mismanaged.

Bro, there is no inventory. Every CT on the lot is someone else's or will be made available to someone else in line ahead of you if the original buyer rejects. It takes a minimum of 2-3 months to get a CT delivered from TX. All deliveries from TX to CA go through the black hole called Union Pacific Railyard Auto Distribution Center in Mira Loma Jurupa Valley where it could be delayed indefinitely. That's why they won't tell you where your truck is or the status because it is totally out of their control and depends if the union workers decide to ever do their job.
Brother, sorry to hear about your ordering problems. Tesla is not the best at Customer Service or Conflict Resolution as they don't give employees latitude to 'Make the Customer Happy'.

That said, I am in Fontana about 5 miles from the Tesla Depot!...I should wander by and post the VIN # for the CTs sitting there... (if I really had the time to do that.../)
