Roof popping up?

On one side of my truck looks like the roof is popped up, it’s not flat like the other side. Anyone run into this or have any suggestions. This was already recalled fixed when I first got it but seems like something is off…

It’s just the appliqué. That piece (bilaterally) is just held in with several clips. You can start with just trying to push it down and if not you can completely remove that part and snap it back in yourself. If that doesn’t work, just put in a service request.
