Got my text says ready to schedule. Went in the app and have two days open 10th & 11th. Issue is I’ll be out of country till 23rd. Can I pick the 11th and then in a few days reschedule? Or does picking a date /time set it in stone. Anyone reschedule and how many times can one do it ?

According to other threads related to this subject, it looks like the SC will only hold onto your CT for 7 days. Not sure they will hold longer than that. But, if you call them and sweet talk them a little bit, maybe they will work with you. Worth a shot.

Doesn’t appear to be an edit button after you pick your date time at least for now. And OFC no one answers the phone. Awe well.

You can message the. Through the App. Most SC will hold your truck for a reasonable amount of time given the circumstances or work with you in date you can come.

We have PAID for it (in full!), and did the insurance part and such also, but it's still not giving us a choice for the 'delivery date' and such...

Sure wish we had that... We've had the VIN showing up in the app now for several days, but no comm from Tesla about it...

Well, we did the 'order' (the one where you pay the $1000 more, not the original one back in 2019) back on June 8th, 2024 and then nothing... Until yesterday!!

Yesterday I looked in the app and low and behold there's a VIN!!! Order was RN#11314xxxx
Did you get the VIN yesterday or several days earlier?

I received the insurance notice in the app yesterday (Thursday) completed that today (Friday). Then the payment popped up requesting bank info or gave the wire option. So, I stopped by the service center to find out about delivery. They told me it was in route and I could take delivery Wednesday. Otherwise I had nothing show in the app until I asked the service center.

From my experience that delivery option is automated. That happened to me so I message and said it wouldn’t work and the rep told me to disregard the delivery schedule as my truck wasn’t even on site yet
