See attached photos. Can anyone find this in the service manual so that I can reference it when putting in a service ticket? I'm not sure how it came off, but something caused the seal to become loose and eventually bind with the tonneau cover during operation and fall into the crevice below the bed.

I hope this doesn't require removing the tonneau cover to replace it.

The first photo was taken earlier today when I noticed it having issues opening and closing. The seal was binding with the cover. I tried to press it together the best I could, but I had to finish my job and rain was in the forecast. The second photo was taken later in the day, one single additional tonneau opening, and the seal had fallen off completely.

Update: I took it to the service center this week when I had my wiper motor and tonneau cover sails replaced, both of which were in working order, and they confirmed that I need my rear window replaced. I have an appointment scheduled for later this month.

The new window comes with a different type of rubber gasket which exposes some of the unpainted metal.

ask them if they can hit it with some black spray paint otherwise you will see the unpainted finish

Yes, Tesla service fixed it. Initially, they ordered and planned to replace the entire back glass since the seal doesn't come separately. However, they decided to remove the seal from the new glass and apply some adhesive to stick it to the original window. I don't blame them because removing the rear window is a TON of work. I don't believe they dug down to find the original seal, so it's probably still at the bottom of the crevice.

Thanks. They replaced the glass to my CT two weeks ago, but the trim came off again. So, it is the same now. Tesla must improve it.

Are people paying out of pocket for this, or is it covered under warranty?

I also had mine come off again, and they replaced the window this time, which includes the trim attached from the factory.

Yes, this is all covered under warranty.
