I garage my truck so rarely use sentry mode beyond a few hours at a time when at a public parking lot. However on Wednesday I parked in the airport parking garage at 6am at 42%. Turned on sentry mode two days later by Friday morning it was at 24%. Not being back till Saturday mid day I turned it off Friday. When I got back to the car on Saturday there were only two recordings. - 20% batter drain for two days of sentry mode seems high- is there a setting I can adjust?

Sentry mode has historically been known to consume more than anticipated battery. Tesla noted this and said prevously they're working on an update to lower the amount of energy for Sentry mode with a later update but none of us knows how much less it'll be.

My experience with Sentry mode has been around 10% a day. It isn't too different from yours but I'd be curious what others members have to say. If I know the Cybertruck will be parked at a location where Sentry mode is turned on for a long period of time, I make sure to plug it into a level 1 charger or ensure there is plenty of battery left for the entirety of the parking duration.

Agreed, the consumption of Sentry on Cybertruck is crazy high!

I have a Model Y and Cyber, both parked in my driveway, both charged to 80%. Model Y charged to 80% by 3am. The Cybertruck charged to 80% by 8am. So the Cybertruck was charged 5 hours more recently than the Y.

I drove the Model Y down the street to Home Depot about 3 miles. Cybertruck stayed parked all day. By end of the day my Model Y with driving it and parking it in driveway next to cybertruck with Sentry on it went from 80% to 76% by about 7pm.

The Cybertruck with a larger battery, not driven anywhere went from 80% to 74% by the same 7pm. That is just madness.

It lost 6% of a 123KW battery or 7.38KW/h in a total of 11 hours!

The Y with a 81kw/h battery lost 4% or 3.24kw/h with being driven in a longer 16 hours.

It is crazy I used well over double the kw/h on the Cybertruck being parked with Sentry on in a shorter time frame than the Y while it was driven a short distance!
