Sentry Mode - can't view recordings. Software glitch?

All of a sudden, I can't view my sentry mode recordings on the screen. It's locked up (i.e., frozen) and I can't get to any of the new recordings or any of the existing ones. I re-formatted the Tesla USB stick using the format on the CT, but that didn't help. Any ideas on how to reset the sentry mode recording screen to be able to view the recordings again?

Had to use that today! Thanks for the information! Still can't "un-pause" my dashcam from the settings, but, was able to play my sentry and dashcam videos after a non-responsive and black touchscreen appeared. Using your reset instructions the screen rebooted and I was able to watch videos again. Still have a "pause" icon on the "Sentry Icon" and a "Paused" tab on the main control panel that won't go away.

Just to follow up on the latest glitch with "sentry mode videos", since my latest update last week, I cannot watch more than a couple sentry mode videos before the lockout begins. The screen goes blank and the "Loading Wheel" spins. Restarting the screen does not help. It will reset it to begin viewing the videos again, but, the problem/bug reemerges after another two or three videos are viewed. You can pull the "Sentry Mode" window down to close it and restart the program and begin with the next video you didn't see after the program crashed.

I'm also experiencing "phantom wiper" action again for the 1st time in a long time. The latest update has re-introduced the bugs again.
