I was going to report them. Just so they realize how stupid they are when either they get a visit from bylaw or a ticket in the mail. Or should I just let it go?

Would report, people who have been reported and gotten at least notified don't do it again. Amount of CT hate has gone way down due to people being held accountable.
If you were no in your CT at the time to personally express your........ disappointment, I would report.

Reporting them is actually doing them a favor, because it will deter them from doing it to my truck, because if I catch someone doing that to my vehicle they will wish the cops were called.

I'd love to see trashy people like this face consequences, but what they be charged with? Could it be vandalism if there's no damage? Indecent exposure and become registered sex offenders for pulling their d*** out in public?

I imagine doing this and getting away with it. I’d feel like it was a good laugh. Maybe be more brazen next time.

Then I imagine a cop on my doorstep handing me a citation of some kind, then having to deal with all that. I am not actually sure what the ramifications are. Overall I’d be pissed at myself and probably have some regrats. And probably wouldn’t do it again. Probably.

One guy poured an entire can of pellegrino on my truck. I reported him but his license plate wasnt registered for years and last registration address was in a city four hours away.

Out of curiosity, this wasn’t in random shopping center, your vehicle looks like it’s abandoned out on some rural area?

I am out in this area everyday walking the dog. Also why I think I will report since my truck is there everyday. I don’t want them coming back and doing more things for their social media posts.

I think they will just get a citation in the mail for mischief or a peace officer might drop by to deliver the citation in person.
Believe it or not someone called me out for parking outside the lines in my G63. There were numerous spots available and I was parked way in the back but they still felt compelled to take a picture of my slightly off parking job and filed a police report. I got a $50 ticket in the mail
