SiriusXm pricing and account linking

So I saw a lot of discussions about Sirius XM radio and lifetime which I do have a lifetime that I could use on my Cybertruck but I was paying only $4.99 for the last year. Now that it has come to an end they want $25 a month for Sirius XM which leads me to start using Bluetooth. But the part that really bugs me is they can't link the cyber truck to my Sirius XM account which I have five other radios on. What's the big deal linking the billing to my master account? They said wait to a deal come through and keep checking my email. They were apologetic yet not helpful at all.

Threaten to cancel and check the net for deals. When you threaten to cancel, they send you to their loyalty group and will work like hell to get you to not cancel. This is an annual event for me... except this year. I got a $3/month deal for 3 years. Best deal I have ever gotten.

You just gotta play the game with them. DO NOT pay $25/month... that is highway robbery.

UPDATE: They are running a $4.99 deal for 12 months right now. Call and threaten to cancel unless they give you that deal and I'll bet they give it to you. They may claim to go to their manager, etc, and say no. Just tell them "Ok... cancel it." They usually say "Ok... let me try one more time" and they give it to you. Out of all my years with SiriuesXM and XM Radio before that, I have never failed to get a good deal out of it.
