It is possible to drill holes in tempered glass, but its very risky. Make a few the same size as some rubber plugs and you can get AC from the cabin.

Or just remove the rear glass and replace it with a water resistant piece of plywood, much cheaper than the Breezer window. You can paint is black and no one would even know it was wood.
Edit: nevermind, just watched a video on how to remove the rear glass, its no minor undertaking.

Doesn't appear to be THAT hard to do. Replace glass with acrylic and a door that opens to the cabin. Use the rear cooling for dogs, direct that air with either a 110V fan or hoses plugged into rear floor outlets. Seriously considering this.

Get James Bond to do it. He can just cut it and tap it out in 30secs.

I have tried sleeping in the vault and it got a little stuffy. Now I’m comfortable living full time in my Cybercamper.

That’s extraordinarily cool. Do you perhaps have a link to somewhere where you show off and discuss some details of your rig?

Is that the case? I could swear it isn’t. With the tonneau closed (meaning the bed is covered) , the window is covered?

I actually don’t do any social media. I’m still making a few tweaks here and there. Once I get my good panel I’ll do a full walk around video and post on here.

So that’s basically a couch you use with the camper open in standing room config and you sleep in the tent on top with that ceiling/floor closed?

Im sure this has been discussed ad nauseum, but has anyone slept in the vault? I did it about a month ago and had concerns. First I worried about asphyxiation, probably irrational, so I open the cover a bit and my feet got cold.... and I nightmared about raccoons playing with my feet. Plus it was both hot and cold. I loved how dark it was in the vault and if u sleep cross wise it's long enough. So here is the question, has anyone made a small vent fan or do I need to do it. Perhaps add a peltier so could add heat or cool. Think there should be enough gap at tailgate to vent and could plug in a device. Does anyone want this?

I slept in the vault overnight and found it long enough for my 6 foot body. I’m still alive so I didn’t suffocate because as you know, there’s a lot of small little drainage openings they have along the edges of where the bed and the body meet. Yes, ventilation would be nice but the mosquitoes will come in. It’s workable.

actually, the tonneau cover does not go over the rear window when it’s closed you can see into the truck from the bed when it’s closed because I kept an eye on my dog while I slept in the bed. It’s very workable. it only blocks the rear window when it’s opened.

Or OPENING. When the tonneau is completely retracted you can also see through it. Hence the little vestigial rearview mirror right?

Nope, I’m talking about a trillion-dollar company. Hold tight.

Just wait until a big company makes a sliding back window replacement so you can get AC from the cabin
Was this teased somewhere by Tesla or leaked in documents, or just speculation? Would be awesome to see this as an option someday.

Why not $NVDA? Jensen hand-delivered an AI supercomputer to Elon, so why not deliver the Cybertruck windows we want too?👀🤣
