Hey guys, the truck is mine. A couple observations:
- the holes don’t really take away much visibility from seeing out the back when using the mirror (vault cover open)
- it’s about $100 at a local auto glass place. It’s installed like a normal window. Takes about an hour to install.
- don’t think a slider would work. The slider would allow to much noise. Believe me, riding around without the window in is loud ? The Breezer has a thick seal which makes it as quiet as the normal window was.
- initial thoughts - I give it a ?. Can’t wait to use it truck camping.
can we see your photos and a video? would like to see it operate

I’m waiting for the Campstream One because it does not require DIY removal of the rear glass window. And it is half as the price. It is in development for CT.

I like the Breezer, I just don’t want to figure out or pay someone to remove the rear window.

(If you are not from the Southern States) It's going to have to be No-see-ums proof.

No-see-ums
No-see-ums, also known as biting gnats or midges, are tiny flying insects that measure just 1/16th of an inch – small enough to squeeze through a screen. Despite their small size, they can be a significant nuisance due to their painful bites.

No-see-ums are commonly found near bodies of water, including lakes, ponds, and rivers, where females lay their eggs in moist soil or vegetation. They are most active during dawn and dusk but can be active throughout the day, particularly in shaded or humid areas.

I live in Florida so I know what you mean, which reinforces my decision to go with the Campstream One system when available.

You’re missing the point. If you are using this product you want to get air from the cabin of the truck to the back of the truck bed. When you do this the vault cover will be closed. Because the vault cover is closed no bugs can get in.

The whole goal of the Breezer and the Campstream would be to keep the cabin and the bed as a sealed unit (where air can be ported to the truck bed). If it’s sealed no bugs can get in.

hi there! I noticed an earlier post about someone having the Breezer installed. I *am* curious if anyone’s found a good video of it in action as well as a solid review on visibility *and* if this will violate any warranty/break the trucks biohazard mode.
Thanks!

Biohazard shouldn't be a problem since the point of it is to increase cabin air pressure (to a positive point) cause air to come out even faster .

Thanks for sharing this! Excited to hear about your use as I’m still on the fence. I was worried about visibility but now I’m going to have the video camera mirror so that’s not really an issue, mostly curious to hear how it does controlling the temp of the vault now, thank you!

I’ve been having problems finding somebody in Central Florida to do it.
I was also having difficulty finding someone.

Some thoughts on this would be to call around to local glass replacement shops and not the national chains . Next, make sure that they have the BLACK BAT remover. This device was invented by Safelite, so Glass installers that used to work for that company usually have that tool from their previous gig.
