Smart tire sensors?

Does anyone have any additional information on these tire sensors? Is this something that's going to start shipping in future cyber trucks or do the factory tires that we have now have these sensors in them? The article makes it seem like you can move them from your existing tires to new tires. I wonder if they only come in tires purchased from Tesla?
