Stealth mirror tint installed. How long until I get a ticket?

Not sure if these pictures do it justice but I just got "Spike" back from the tint shop. I asked for a mirrored tint on side windows. I asked for a stealth tint in the hopes that I don't attract too much attention from the po po... Let's start a pool from 8/13/24 as to when I get my first fix it ticket......

Cool look but yea if your state is like mine with its tint laws….it won’t take long (unless you drive around with your windows down).

That looks sooooooo friggen sweet! I want it but I don’t want to get pulled over. I wish there was a button you could push to get it that silver tint and if you get pulled over, push the button again to make it clear. I’m in California also so definitely keep us updated. Maybe you can get a doctors note or something to get that tent approved?

I like how the wing window looks. A big triangle, not a port hole inside a triangle. Also notice the pillars have the mirror tint too.. looks cool. I feel like I pull up to cars all day long that are just as dark...

It’s just a fix it ticket. You just pay the fine and move on.

In California, it’s possible to obtain a medical exemption that allows for additional window tinting on vehicles. California law, specifically Vehicle Code Section 26708(d), permits individuals with a legitimate medical condition to apply tint to the front side windows, which otherwise wouldn’t be allowed under standard regulations. This requires a doctor’s note or certificate specifying the medical need, which must be carried in the vehicle at all times as proof of exemption.
