Not here to argue, or spew childish names. And yes, I am aware of the lemon law. It only applies if the dealership has exhausted all avenues to repiar the problem. Obviosuly if there is a leak allowing water in, they could find it. But, hey, just my opinion. It's up to Admin to deal with made up stories. And they should also deal with calling people offensive names just because they have a differing opinion. Only mature people should be allowed to remain.

Haha. Posting a picture of a CT pretending it's yours is not very convincing. I'm sure Admin is smart enough to see through that.

1. Lemon Laws are primarily enforced on the manufacturer, not the dealer.
2. States have different conditions that need to be met to qualify.
3. There are many examples where Tesla has simply agreed to a buy back to avoid arbitration. (Numerous stories on TMC).

Here's an example from California:
https://www.dca.ca.gov/acp/pdf_files/lemonlaw_qa.pdf

Here's South Carolina:
https://consumer.sc.gov/sites/consu...esources Laws/Lemon Law/LemonLawChecklist.pdf

As you see they aren't the same. 3 or more reasonable attempts does not equal exhausted all avenues.

You said multiple times that no "dealer", which Tesla is not, would ever buy a vehicle back. They would fix it or provide another. That's incorrect and not how things work.

I'm only exhausting this much effort because you seem oblivious that this is a normal thing from all manufacturers and vehicles. There are bad ones made and there are laws that require the manufacturer to make it right by buying it back.

Kyle from OOS just detailed how Tesla FSCB and how he spoke to scores of viewers who have been through the process and provided him tips.

Now you've made Kyle a troll in Merc's eyes. No Tesla is ever bought back, obviously.

SCTesla---I appreciate your mature approach. I may be wrong. I'm only offering my opinion based on many decades of being in the business. I do know that when someone degrades themselves by calling others offensive names, you can be sure there is no merit to their stories.
Any way. I'm out. It's up to Admin to deal with this. Take care all.

Kyle’s FSCB was bought back by Tesla. He had a video talking about it. And like you said, mentioned others with the same experience.

It's actually a positive on Tesla. The seem to be quicker to offer buybacks with issues than allow the courts to get involved or bad publicity. There have been some cases where people lawyered up and won, but it seems more often Tesla agrees and makes it pretty painless.

You are spamming this board with bad information. No one gives a new vehicle. Google Lemon Law, they buy them back and you are free to do what you want next.

All manufacturers honor this, because it's the law.
Amen

It’s good when the trash takes itself out.
