Sway Bar, and room for Spare Tire?

Whats wrong with the spare on the back of the car? I think he broke something else.
Yes they did, either the axle shaft, or the c-clip holding it in.

The wheel and axle shaft came out, nothing to put the spare on, and the original tire is probably perfectly fine.

Looks Like A Rear Sway Bar for the rear suspension,

And Possible room for a Spare Tire.

Are we sure this is a sway bar? I am not saying it isn't, but with 4WS it won't it need to move a couple inches in those brackets? It is hard to tell if it is fixed. If you zoom in the diameter appears smaller on the outside of the bar. The diameter looks small too. The bracket is pretty far outside which doesn't leave room for the bendy part. IDK.

Kudos to engineers that makes the suspension with 4ws, 16" of travel, 3500 lbs of payload and ~300 ft-lbs of torque at each wheel.
