The Tactical Grey interior is excellent! It looks way better than the pictures. Highly recommended for all!
More contrast than I expected.....I like it and ordered mine the same way.

Haha, well my whole point is that pictures don't accurately represent it! I promise you won't regret not getting white.
I’m picking mine up on Monday at 3:30 PM Pacific. I drove by the pick up location to see if maybe my truck was already there, it wasn’t but someone had configured a cyber beast exactly like wine with tactical gray and I got to see it you’re right it doesn’t photograph well but it looks awesome I was horribly afraid based on that early video that it was a very light grade that looked horrible I described it as a medium gray not as dark as it looks on the Tesla order page but definitely not that pale looking gray in the video that freaked us all out (or maybe just just me).

I’m very very happy can’t wait until Monday! Also, here’s hoping that 2024 tactical gray foundations end up being a fairly rare breed! But, I suspect they’ll make more in the second half of this year than they did in the first half and once people start getting a look at the gray, they’re really gonna want it.

Yeah that’s the video. That guy’s white balance sucks having now seen the truck in person and looking at the video again, even the steering wheel looks light gray. I don’t know if that was intentional, but tactical gray doesn’t look like what this video suggest, it is several shades darker. As it should be.

White is NOT difficult to keep clean, Model S White Seats 2017 , Model 3 white interior 2018 and now Cybertruck and all are totally fine.

tactical Grey just looks dirty fromt he beginning, hard pass

you are correct, there’s absolutely no issues with staining in these cars in white. But I intend to use my Cybertbeast as a truck. It’s replacing my FJ cruiser which means we’re gonna be off-road camping and doing a lot of things where a lot of dirt/dust is going to be generated.

The dust is gonna show up on whatever interior I have but mix it with just a little bit of moisture on white vegan leather and you’re gonna have gross brown stains until you can get that cleaned up I’ve got two dogs and that’s just not something I want to see.

So, I was concerned from the moment I saw the first images of tactical gray in the wild. In those images and videos it looks pale and gross like a sick porpoise. It does not look like that in person apparently your average Joe taking pictures of these cars doesn’t understand white balance! The professional photographers who did the images for Teslaā€˜s website got it a lot closer but it’s not quite that dark either. I would call it a medium gray it’s definitely not that light appearing gray that you’ve seen so don’t judge it until you see it in person. It doesn’t change your comments about the car being too dark (I don’t agree with that), but it doesn’t look ā€œdirtyā€ it doesn’t look like that sickly tinted white like what you’ve seen in the images (even the ones posted above in this thread).

I’ll call it ā€œdark cloudā€ gray if that helps to paint a picture.

I get my rig on Monday and I’ll take some pictures that fairly represent the color. I understand white balance.

Yep I would’ve ordered tactical grey if it was an option…white has been a stupid color for our truck and dirty lifestyle. Southwest desert orange sand and Vermont dirt/dust, plus kid ice creams and everything shows up. Also in bright overhead sunlight the white reflects on the windshield obscuring vision. White might be fine for a truck that’s gonna be detailed and live in the city. I was relieved that it was only the surround trim, otherwise would’ve delayed my FS order.
If anyone gets Tactical Grey and wishes they got white, DM me for a swap!
Sheesh! If I have ice cream on my interior, I want to know about it so I can wipe that shit off! That's just gross if you let it stay there! I did notice when I got a scuff on the white, it wipes right off with a damp microfiber, right back to brilliant white.

As to dust, I've coated the outside of the body, the wheels, and the bed in dust, many, many times on many hundreds of miles of gravel roads, the interior still looks pristine. I credit the design of the cabin climate control and the large HEPA filter. Tesla has some of the best engineered cabin air systems in the business. I rarely need to dust the interior. The bed area I blow out with a cordless leaf blower.

To each his own, I prefer the white. The cabin is too dark as it is, especially with the tonneau closed, need a hit of that white.
Gray looks cool. I like the white better. I think black looks better than gray

I don’t go the trouble of driving out to the middle of nowhere to have the windows up and a HEPA filter on. People will use their cyber trucks as suits their needs but, as for me, I bought it to replace my FJ Cruiser we’re going to be muddy/sandy/dirty and I can’t have white panels highlighting the grime that me and the dogs went out there to create in the first place.

I have a MS Plaid and my wife has a MYLR both with all white interiors. Those cars, plus my vet (red interior), get detailed nearly every week.

My Cyberbeast is mostly going to be filthy. Like my FJ before it.

White definitely looks more luxurious and futuristic. Grey kind of looks bland

Thanks for the 3 inch slices of grey interior accents. Horizontal video is MUCH better and you don't have to pan like a crazy person.

I have to say, now that I have the CyberBeast (LEO), parting with old Bluecephis (FJ) is easier said than done! I loved the FJ from the moment I saw the concept car! I was supposed to ā€œgiveā€ Bluey to my daughter but I’m unable to provide anything more than joint custody at this time.

Hopefully, you’ll be more resolute!

Even though it has 275,000 miles on it, my adult son is chomping at the bit awaiting his ā€˜inheritance’ of my 2007 all metallic black TRD model!
