What did everyone take the “ Blue“ pill ?

Even Henry Ford included a hand crank “ just in case”.

Now for the “ Red“ pill.

Tesla went down, down hard. A cold reboot! No matrix - no Tesla car. Even though the Internet did not go down, Tesla’s network crash locked out use of all Tesla cars and car owner’s from accessing their vehicles.

UNACCEPTABLE. Tesla owner’s deserve manual override access for when the Matrix goes offline.

I don't think that's true. The car is driveable even with some of its internal computers crashed. What the network crash meant was that you couldn't access the car via the WiFi or LTE connection but you could via BlueTooth. It also meant you couldn't order on line nor request service nor take delivery of a car. You would not have been able to use voice command, plan a route or order a Tesla ball cap. Had the consequences been as dire as you seem to think we certainly would have heard about it.

No one was locked out of their cars or lost the ability to use the car.

They just weren't able to call the car over the internet. That's not even an option on my car.
