Tesla Credits in Wallet as Powershall credit for FS Owners

I got an email a week ago from Tesla that my $2,500 powershall promotional credit now is available in the App's wallet, instead of one time use voucher previously stated. I just check the wallet in my App and it is there indeed! A nice Christmas supprise!

There is a fine print note that this credit can only be used in shop.tesla.com, and expired on 12/7/2025, that is one year after this email.

I didn't see any report and discussion on this subject yet in this forum. I am wondering if this credit can be used to cover the cost of Tesla supercharging as well. Your thought?

Don’t think so. Charging goes straight to your CC, tesla credits are for the shop, possibly also services.

I used mine by getting a new set of tires and alignment on my M3P. Figure when I’m ready to add power shares. I’ll just fork out the tire money then.

It seems like the place to enter the voucher is gone in checkout and I’m trying to get someone from the Energy side to contact me to sort it out. I went into a showroom to ask and they said someone would call me within an hour.

You are not. Support just told me there’s no way to convert it and it remains one time use.

I tried and it works for me. To do that, simple change the payment to Tesla credits instead of a credit card. So far it works for both super charger and destination charge.
