IIRC...each of us agreed to NOT join others in a class action. So, as I understand it, we each would have to challenge on our own. Depending on how mine goes, they might have an onslaught of claims to deal with. To be continued...

Check you purchase agreement. Mine has a section for "Agreement to Arbitrate". I first had to send a written notice describing my dispute and my desired resolution to [email protected]". I then had to wait 60 days to try to resolve the dispute. It was not resolved so at day 61 I filed a demand for arbitration with AAA. Very easy online and it cost $225 IIRC. If I win, which is likely, Tesla agrees to reimburse the filing fee.

I’m curious why you think you’re likely to win? The $4k for install was an incentive.
