For that price, you might as well buy a fridge, to put in your fridge. I could never go back to not having ice cold drinks within reach at all times now. You can still place objects on its flat surface and open the lid with them still on top.

Way more money, less practical, and a $30 tumbler means I have ice cold drinks without having to have something plugged in. Also the center console stores a ton of crap and that fridge stores cans of soda?

Mostly red bull and water bottles. Never a cold drink not within reach. You can store stuff under the seats. You got an ice machine with you everywhere you go? Because you won't need one with the fridge. You got a giant purse or something you can't put on the passenger floor?

Different strokes for different folks, my fridge is constantly stocked up for 3 kids on 3 different sport schedules.. I feel like I'm running a mini store out of the damn fridge, all they do is eat and drink..

I don't drink Red Bull or from water bottles. I put ice and water in a tumbler and I'm good to go for the day. I also dont require 20lbs of ice per day. In my center console I can store Kleenex, business cards, pens, wet wipes, a couple controllers, plus have a room for way more stuff on road trips, and there's two additional cup holders. If I need to plug in a cooler I can throw it on the floor in the back or use the bed. This frees up my oem center console for guns and mags. Different strokes for different folks. I dont require a plug in cooler 24/7 but have one and throw it in the back when needed.

I have a plug in cooler that goes in the bed or the floor in the back. It's way cheaper and holds a lot more, plus it's gone when I'm not using it. Works great for my kids playing sports. I think it was $220 and they have a 27qt and 34qt for about that price. Cybertruck one is 18qt for $450+? Very small for the money. Looks nice though just not practical for me. Also mine goes down to -4 for my fishing trips.

Guess you don't do much traveling or camping. I travel a lot between my off days and compressed work. There's no need to lose seating space for a mini-fridge inside your fridge. All of that stuff can be placed on top of the cooler or in the center console anyways. Handguns are meant to be within reach, ideally next to your legs if not on you. The frunk or bed can hold even bigger freezer space. Not sure why you need so many cup holders.

I have kids and when we get carry out drinks we need cup holders. Handgun is within reach and my cooler fits in the bed or on the floor just fine. With my setup I have a lot more storage, way bigger cooler, more cup holders and more cash in the bank account. For me it's a win win win win. Everyone uses their car differently but the center console cooler would rarely get used by me.

To me it appears to reduce the amount of usable space. The stock open area is more versatile.

I keep vacillating on this. Often I like the open space because it just feels bigger and more open, and more practically, it gives us an easy storage space for big bags when we buy stuff on the way home. But other times, this organization and utility would be useful too.

How do you use it. I found it unusable before. Wife just used to use it for her purse but it was too low and stuff would roll or slide around down there. Now I have a place for sunglasses, levels of storage, a covered storage bin and extra cup holders.

Well we put our garage remote between the 2 cup holders, it fits well there. between the 2 phone holders and the cup holders it usually gives us a spot for 'ad hoc' stuff.

As for the big space beyond the phone chargers where people install these organizers, it's all kinds of stuff. We'll go grocery shopping "lightly" often, where it's only say 2 bags, and they will fit there and it's climate controlled so we can make stops elsewhere and keep the groceries there. Yea, purses go there with the groceries. And after a restaurant the 'take home bag' will go there. Also if we get chinese food or something, it will go there in the big bag. It's just very easy and low friction to put shopping stuff there.

I fear with the organizers that kind of big bag stuff wont really fit in the 'big' space they leave open. Not exactly a problem. The truck has so many places to store stuff. But we've gotten used to it.

That said, on long trips having more cup holders and a little more organization for stuff would be nice too.

Laziness is a great tie breaker though. :D
