Had mine replaced last week, asked about credit before they worked on the truck, I have a wrap with PPF over on these, did not honor the request for the $300 credit. (Tesla Naperville, IL)

can confirm they provide a Tesla credit. They had to verify with their manager that wrapped CT’s are eligible and manually added it to the ticket for processing. If they don’t offer it, just talk to management. It’s in their official Tesla system to offer the credit if pressed if your CT is wrapped

Told them I wasn’t going to do the recall if I didn’t get the credit because it’s going to cost me $600 to re wrap them again.

Yeah, I instantly got the credit for those asking, and already used it up with apparel for myself and the kids! I already wrapped the new cantrails back up Saturday morning, back to solid orange again too.

Most recalls, voluntary or not, do not allow the consumer to take the recalled part with them, it must be surrendered back to the manufacturer after being properly tagged as a recall item - this coming from over 2 dozen years working in and around the auto industry.
