Was looking to but the Tesla cooler for the frunk. Was wanting to see people pics of some of them installed. Not supper close up want to see the remaining room in the frunk. Does it slide around while your driving? Is it a 1 man job to move it when its full or is it to wide to carry comfortable by yourself

It’s the best cooler you will ever buy . Fits perfectly and no sliding . Of all the accessories I have bought it’s the best by far . Very well made .

It is an unpowered cooler. Correct?
(I paid $800 for my battery powered electric cooler.)

Yes, but it includes two containers that you leave in your freezer until needed. Tesla claims it will keep cool for more then two days with these containers.

I am going off the store description, since I haven't received mine yet.

I bought this cooler and other goodies from store, rather then lose all my tesla credit on 10/2025. I don't even know when 10/25 (my expiration date) is. 10/31? 10/1? IDK.

I got the Cyberfridge and couldn’t be happier. It’s awesome, cools drinks within an hour. It can hold 12-pack of Coke Zero (cans) easily. It can act as a cooler or freezer, and the best part it’s very discrete. It does use a 120v plug which routes to the back 120v plug. When I start my day, I enable “keep outlet on for 12hrs” which allows me to have cold drinks when I’m working at my construction site all day. I do record to keep the cabin overheat protection on at the lowest temp to prevent the fridge from overheating. Having it on all day uses about 1-2% of vehicle range / battery - to me this trade off is worth it. This fridge is also awesome to have during road trips.

Here’s the link:

You can find other distributors if you’re not fond of TesStudio.

It’s alright, serves its purpose. It’s on par with similarly priced coolers like Yetis (IMO expensive to begin with, but whatever). It’s very heavy / bulky. I can haul around myself if it’s empty or barely filled but otherwise it’s a two person job. It’s a millimeter or two short of not fitting in the frunk. Super snug. It kept stuff cold for a long time when i went on road trips in the summer heat.

It’s got all the standard cooler features like a drain plug; has a huge pinch warning sticker that greets you when you first unpack, in true cybertruck pinch/sharp fashion.

Need a cooler for road trips / camping and love the CT? Go ahead and get this one instead of a yeti

I used mine multiple times a week - I've literally not taken it out of the frunk since I got it in January. I cook 4-5 times a week and I put the butcher haul or other cold goods in it every time. There's a bit of space on either side for maybe a few drinks (I typically buy a large zero-sugar sweet tea) or smaller packages.
It's a bit awkward on the fit w/the l-track & cargo net mod installed as well, but it does fit. Slight rubbing on the top of cooler and the frunk, but that's fine - means the cooler isn't moving at all ;)

I agree everything I have bought from Tesla store has been great. I did order the cooler and next ill probably get the air compressor and flat repair kit. its 5 times the price of the air compressor and flat repair for my Y not sure why. has anyone purchased air compressor yet?

Honestly the worst $750 I’ve probably spent…but I love it! I could have gotten two Yeti for that price, but they wouldn’t fit as good. The dividers, not pictured, were in my freezer. They’re ice packs.

I’m 6 foot 3. I can carry it on my own. If it’s loaded with ice and drinks, it will be approaching 100 pounds. Not light. But for my use, groceries, it’s gonna stay put. I have a yeti with wheels for when I need to haul a cooler around while walking. The butcher shop I go to is half hour away. This is going to make it so much easier. It was always a drag to make that the last stop. Now I won’t have to worry about it. It doesn’t move. It stays in the grooves.

The fit is perfect. The look is perfect. The function is OK. Need to use it more to know how to get the best cooling efficiency.

I saw this CT having his cooler install by the Tesla Service Center. Hope this helps.
