I really plan to wrap my truck… wondering if the Tesla certified wraps might be better, esp since parts are removed etc in installing them? Warranty?

Prob not as good. Only benefit is you get a tesla loaner while its being worked on.
I heard 5 year warranty vs normal 10 to 7 year. But some of the other smaller ppf companies do have a 5 year warranty.
ANy issues most shops usually take it in right away and fix it. Not sure how easy that is through a big company like Tesla.
Also, most shops should be easily able to remove trim pieces!

Honestly, small shops if its highly rated is way better even if you have to spend a little more. And you can get more color options based on the colored ppf they sell.

Wrapping a vehicle is an art. I would much rather use an individual that is an expert in wrapping than whoever gets assigned to your vehicle at Tesla. I used a company in Fresno and he does great work. Obsidian Red PPF.

You don't need a professional to wrap it. You just line up the seams and then unroll it. The kit is 800 bucks. I used cyberwraps
