German delay I think made it harder for key people to put their attention fully on Austin. We are not 'insiders', but fair guess it was tough.

What we are seeing now, is the Chinese are up and running, they have assisted Germany and now Tom and other members of his team are at Austin.

The strength to grow Tesla will now improve exponentially.
