I could be wrong, but I remember reading about it and seeing it a long time ago. I believe its the part shown here behind the front bumper. Its a flat forward facing box. I am unable to find anything official about it though. That part could be something else.

FOUND IT! T-Sportline calls it a radar element in this video. That is why I thought there was forward facing radar. (3:50 into the video) It looks like they added a correction annotation that it is Bluetooth. So we can put this to rest, no forward facing radar.

According to the parts catalog, that's for Bluetooth. The parts catalog only lists 1 radar and it's in the cabin.
