Text message notifications/iPhone

I no longer get audible text message notifications. When I first got the truck, I got a "ding" when a text message came through on my iPhone. Somewhere along the way, this ended, likely with a software update. If I happen to be watching the screen, I will see it pop up but that's it. My Model 3 dings.

Is this an error or do I need to change settings somewhere?

There is a setting for the device under the Bluetooth menu for each device. Maybe someone messed with it?
