I hate how hot the phone gets with the built in chargers. Also, I can't see the bottom of the phone when texts come in. So, 2 questions:
1. What are the best options you have found for charging? I do like the TSportline set up but I'm wondering if there are better options to put the phone to the left near the door. I saw one but it was just a mount and didn't offer charging. Anyone found one that goes to the left and allows charging?
2. What options are there currently to reuse those current chargers as something more useful?

I don’t like hot my phone gets while not actually charging much, so I just use a wired cable from the usb c port in the center console. I then stick my phone upside down in a cup holder. Not ideal, but at least my phone isn’t trying to moonlight as a skillet anymore.

This one is my favorite, I have 3, one in my car, desk, and next to my bed. USBC wire is replaceable so you can use a short or long wire to suit your needs. Has built in fan & heatsink never overheat.

Not that I’m aware of, nothing OEM embedded to on/off it aside from putting your phone on it mounted it comes on and it’s off when your phone is in your pocket That I know, However you might be able to simply break the LED if you wanted an always off mode, unsure. Light not very bright i hardly notice it.
