Update, part in transit still. Due to arrive next week so I got my truck back for now.

Ended up cutting off the seal as it was flopping around violently at highway speeds, and I didn't feel comfortable retracting tonneau, lest it gets caught and leads to a track alignment problem.

Could I ask the vin ranges on all affected by this?

Counting slats from the tailgate the failed gasket is between #16 & 17
