Anyone ever had this? 5K miles, AWD Foundation.
When the alerts started coming on, the car felt like it was shaking and it seemed dangerous. Also, I lost the drive control of the accelerator pedal and the truck wouldn't slow down unless I used the left brake. It still drove, but felt like driving a gas vehicle.
I immediately turned around to head to the service center and on the way there the notifications went away.
After they could not seem to care less because I already had an appointment scheduled for January (lol), I imposed myself and insisted someone look into it immediately, which took almost two hours.
They finally came back and said, based on looking at my alerts in the system and not actually inspecting my vehicle, that "modules" probably needed to be replaced because as my truck woke up, the systems momentarily stopped communicating with each other.
I just updated my software last week too, by the way.
They told me not to be overly concerned unless it happens continuously over the next month until my appointment. Again, lol.
Consider this another vote from me that Tesla's customer service culture is beyond horrible. They had zero empathy or urgency about the issue, and it appears to be dangerous.
