Dont be afraid to ask them your options for buy back and replacement if you are having persistant issues. At the same time, if everything is fine with you, they will eventually fix the issues, which is what the warranty is for. I just wish they compensated people for patiently dealing with a faulty product.

Quick update. Tesla Paramus NJhad my truck for 5 days to fix an issue and check on a wiper issue. They gave it back to me on 12/24 and didn't fix the issue. Said they didn't see my notes or pics about the issue and apologized. They said let them research it and they'll get me in ASAP. I relaxed and let the Christmas spirit calm me down lol.

In the next few days, The issue happens during a big rainstorm and I documented each time. I messaged them and they told me to drop it off on Jan 3. They estimate a week having the truck.

This is crazy. Each month since I took delivery, my truck has been in the shop for a week. Well, see what they say this time

Honestly I was thinking about a buy back. Why should we be test dummies at the price we are paying?

Absolutely not. And it is a ridiculous business model for them. I recommend familiarizing yourself with your state’s Lemon Law requirements and proceedings, see if your specific case meets criteria, then discuss this with the service center.

I hope the service techs are able to catch the problem. My truck's warnings went away and came back. Disappeared for a couple of days and decided to show up again. Not a comfortable feeling.

I still haven’t heard from them dropped it off Friday. They said they were waiting for a part. I asked him what specific part? Receive no reply so they said they would have it done by this Friday or before that

No movement it’s still on the first bar.

Unlike other service centers the Paramus communications is confusing at best.

Update: they tried to push my pick up to Monday. That would of been 10 days in service. I asked for mamager and they escalated it The problem was the the ABS module and they rushed it from another dealer. I'm pikcikg it up later so hopefully its fixed.

Mine went in today for the ABS to be switched out. We've been driving it without issue and the warning messages never came back. We waited 6 weeks for the part to come in but fortunately, we were able to drive it the whole time. Wasnt even sure I wanted to switch it out... who knows what issues could come up now that they opened it up.

Same thing I thought. Once you start tearing panels off new things come up.

Thank god I’m not alone with this issue. My SC in Plano, Tx cannot find anything or replicate the issue. The alarms/alerts go off as soon as I touch the brake when I get in. It’s happened 4x in the 6 weeks I’ve owned truck. Twice, I’ve been able to walk away for 5-10m and come back and she’s ready to go. No alerts. Makes me think it’s software. Upon waking up it cannot communicate as fast as needed so all systems reply NO GO.

They finally fixed the issue. It was the abs sensor. I actually put in for a buy back and was approved. It was in Thr shop way too long. I'm getting another one non foundation.
