I don't want it to be smaller. But someone said a work truck is meant to be parked outside and if you park it outside then how are you going to charge every night? It can be done, I've done it from Airbnb houses with an extension cord, but it's not an every day thing you'd want to do
Wireless charging for the win.

How is the driver going to get out of the truck once it's loaded?
The driver will crawl out through the legendary mid gate.

I charge every day on a 100' cable. Well, not every day, as I don't go somewhere every day, but... My charging cable is that long.

I'd open the rear window and and crawl though it into the vault, then exit out of the back of the vault. Next, the hard part that someone else mentioned; tying down the the CT to the trailer bed.

Why are so many people worried about it fitting into a single car garage? It should be a work truck for the working construction professional. Maybe a mid sized cyber truck like Chevy Colorado, Ford Ranger or a smaller truck for the European market for people who have to park when shopping at malls, underground parking at their apartment or drive on European streets. Go big or go home. What if garages were made for compact cars...
I, for one, want a Cybertruck. I, for one, don't feel like leaving a $70k+ vehicle sitting out in the elements for no reason. It has nothing to do with whether it's a work truck or not. I like to keep my vehicles nice and clean. Why are you so hell bent on banishing such an expensive purchase to the elements? I get that some people don't have a choice or maybe they store crap in their garage that they should probably just get rid of. I get that some people have their tools in their garage and thus don't have room for a vehicle. I bought my house specifically because it fits 3 cars and especially, at the time, my F-350 Platinum... Not a work truck but it sure hauled my trailers nicely. I get that not everyone is in a position to have a large garage. But, it absolutely makes sense that people would want to protect an expensive vehicle the best they can and thus want it to fit in the garage.

Flex about people wanting to put golf clubs in the frunk. I mean, where does that need come from? LOL

Great, you have a 3 car garage! LOL. You have room for a full sized truck and keep it clean and out of the elements in your 3 car garage. Chances are if a person only has a single car garage, they need it to store or secure other things. Happy for you man...... glad that they shrunk the truck by 3% and it became a 5 seater for you and not the 6 seater I was looking forward to have for when I need it.

I know not everyone is in the same place in their journey. I didn't mean to offend anyone but wanted to point out that there are really people who want to keep their trucks as nice as they can while also using them. I'm not operating a business based on my truck and I don't haul every day. The CT would and should be safe enough outside. My outside is under a tree and the birds just LOVE the berry farm next door...

Wait... So your scared your CT won't hold up in the shade to tweety birds? I think you are shopping for a much different truck than I am.

If I park in the driveway my car gets covered in clumps of sap that are a real bitch to get off. So yes I intend to park it in the garage.

LOL. No. On a side note, do you WANT bird sh!t all over your Cybertruck? Going to pull the door open and yuck... sh!t smeared down the windows... Did I mention I live near a freakin berry farm? I know I didn't mention I live in a golf course community and the geese... Oh, the geese...

On another side note: Even the guy who runs a large yard mowing/servicing/snow removal business parks his work truck in his garage across the street. His 2500 is the epitome of a work truck. But, for some reason, he parks his real truck in his garage when he isn't using it to haul bags of shit, dirt, compost, mulch, trees, limbs, etc. I'll head right over and tell Dan that he doesn't drive a real truck because he doesn't park it outside.
