Trouble using PowerShare voucher

They still haven’t fixed my PowerShare voucher. If I try to use it I get an error saying it’s invalid. The lady from the PowerShare team stopped replying to our text stream back in December and even the service writer at the service center can’t get an answer. Frustrating!

They still haven’t fixed my PowerShare voucher. If I try to use it I get an error saying it’s invalid. The lady from the PowerShare team stopped replying to our text stream back in December and even the service writer at the service center can’t get an answer. Frustrating!

After being told my voucher was good to go, I experienced another order failure. After reporting that via email, they said they would look at whether is going wrong with the vouchers again. When I go the go ahead again, I placed an order for a Universal Charger and Mud flaps using my original $700 voucher. The order went through and 2 days ago the items were delivered to my home.

They still haven’t fixed mine and even the service writer is ignoring my questions about an update. I love my truck, but Tesla service and communication makes me never want to buy another.
