I got the same two letters yesterday (vin: 14xxx). I tried to create a service ticket but when I get to the schedule screen my local SC does not show up (Jacksonville, FL) and only other SC's that are 100's of miles away. I'm not driving 100's of miles when I have a SC only 20 miles from my house. Might have to stop by my SC and see if they can create the ticket.

We’ve known about the issues with the wiper motor and the sail appliqué but these are the first official notices I received today from Tesla on the recalls. Did you all receive something similar?

The fun with a recall is that it will sit with the VIN forever until it is listed as corrected. In Texas, the VINs affected with a recall are now sent to the state and are attached to the registration.

The thing with letters - the rules require a letter be mailed - so whether or not you already had it fixed, and if they called you, texted you, or emailed you, you will still get a letter.
