I installed it a little while ago, but I don’t use FSD. I wonder what it fixes

I'm yearning for FSD V14. I'm using FSD almost daily and out of town. FSD saved me again late last night from drowsy driver on my way home. i felt a nudge with lane change when a car passing really fast from behind in the left lane. I checked my camera and saw the driver failed to negotiate a bend on freeway at high speed almost ram me from behind, thank God FSD saw it.

As far as I know FSD 14 is included in CT Update 2025.38.8.5 so if your on 2025.38.8 you just have another 0.0.0.5 to go.

Is v14 ever going to come to us normal users? It’s now mid-November and nothing. This whole EAP nonsense stagnates development rather than expansion. What extra feedback could other FSD users provide on EAP that either we haven’t already provided or would be incapable of providing.

This, imo, bs approach only creates animosity and divide towards other owners. Internal testing team, fine I get it - they must be engineers looking for specific use cases to fix. But EAP or even the “advanced” button is the dumbest idea.

Also, this isn’t because I’m jealous of EAP, I live in Canada. Usually when FSD or updates drop, it comes to US owners first, then (approximately) 2-3 weeks later, it drops for Canadian FSD owners.

I’m sick of my truck constantly riding the lines and making my asshole clench every time it comes so close to another vehicle - my heart drops almost every time. On city roads, it’s not that bad, but highways it’s Russian Roulette.

I'm on EAP and I haven't gotten any benefit from it. I think it just gives Tesla legal right to pull more granular data from EAP users. Still waiting for that 14 magic.

They just gave 14 to influencers. The fastest I've seen an EAP release after that was two weeks and that was if there were no issues. With the rear steering and size of the truck, I envision they are going to run into some urgent fixes. My best estimate is that we'll see general release in about a week or two. If we were to have a pool, I'd say it'll start wider EAP release around 11/23 or 11/24. (Believe me, I want to be wrong and that it comes out today!)

You get used to being the least favorite child. The Cybertruck will always be last and get the least love.
