Smart and dumb summon in one update!

They are different functions. Dumb summon = move car back and forth manually in a straight line. Actually smart summon = come to me.

It is confusing and updates come with very little or no instructions.

Dumb summon is to back out of or into a tight spot, or just to freak people out by verbally calling out to your CT and having it over and drive to you.
