It’s all about the:
FSD (negative)
and the
Warranty (positive)
You could buy a 3rd party warranty to cover the PCS
Your mileage is so low (3,800?) it may not make sense to restart it zero.
Can’t you get the SC to fix the rattles at your expense. Or was that already your other option? Or by a 3rd party?

I just took it to the SC at 730 am this past weekend. They went on a drive with me and said everything as normal and the noise is from the lightbar and all the sharp angles. That was it.

No , my noise is mostly coming from the front windshield, and top over the head, really annoying wind noise, and I hate the motor whine. Its really irritating at times.

Well,I have a set of AT tires and the All Season. The all season definitely quiets road noise considerably. Reportedly the Beast (which I have) has more discernible noise in the front. I would drive a 26 and your FS back to back to get a better objective opinion on road noise. I doubt the light bar has noise associated. These SCs will tell you anything to get you off their back. I would keep your FS given the low mileage you have and work on sound counter measures offered earlier in this post.

What is the vin on the beast? or is it not in stock and would have to be built?

My 24’ foundation series on the original tires- driving on trip to TN from California / so far as I type this we have logged 4,204 miles. Not one intervention over this 4,000 miles. Not one, easy in and out of chargers- most stops 10-20 minutes to get charged enough to the next charger along hwy 40.

My cyberbeast is crazy quiet- no tire noise and no wind noise to speak of/ overall a pleasure on the road.

A little high tech whine at low speed which I like actually,
IIRC, the motors in the CT were built with straight-cut teeth to retain that high tech whine because it is more "truck like" than the whisper quiet car motors.

22,000 miles - I thought this truck was really great - last 350 miles of our trip from Temecula Calif to Knoxville tn - is tomorrow and after almost 5,000 miles over the last 10 days - I can without hesitation say this is the finest vehicle I have ever owned. Period. The FSD is now essentially autonomous - it keeps complaining if you really don’t pay attention- but - it drove us through rainstorms in Texas, on twisty narrow roads in Knoxville, through the twisty mountain roads in Arizona mountains, and it handled it all perfectly. Two months ago this was not true but as Musk said recently/ the newest version is “sentient” - it is like having a tiny chauffeur up there in the nose of the truck. The seats the cybertruck are comfortable - we drove 750 miles plus for day after day - could never have done this easily in any other vehicle. The Cybertruck also has a different ride than the model Y and 3 - which have the same FSD - but they ride harder and have more tire and road noise.

Sorry for sounding like a Tesla religious maniac - but No vehicle has impressed me as much as this cybertruck / cyberbeast. Rear wheel steering also makes the truck really easy to drive in tight areas-

Im not exactly sure what happened, but the noise seems to be a lot less today. I dont know if I just got used to it, if the ANC is finally working, or maybe the thought of trading in a foundation to a 2026 scared me, but it seems tolerable now haha.

This is what I suggested. On my 4800 drive from Cali to Tennessee one of the best aspects of our cyberbeast was the lack of tire noise and no wind noise- why you would need to tear apart the doors to add sound insulation is confusing to me —

I purchased an AWD in late December 2024 VIN 5567X. FSD with. 23,400 miles so far and going strong.

Other than the PCS being on the list (no issues yet) and I notice the motor "whine" noise (not an issue with sound system on) less than 30 mph I have no road noise, rattle, etc that I would complain about (or even hear). I'm still on the initial set of (core) tires and I suspect I'll get another 10K-15K out of them.

With all the complaints about 2024 (trade up to 2026) wondering why I seem to be mostly "in the good". I literally haven't been to any service location (I rotate tires myself and do basic items myself and had my mechanic inspect).... I'll take it in for a cantrail eval this spring but even that I don't think I'll have done unless they think I'm in really bad shape.

Passing this along for thoughts and for information to the wider community. I like the experience from the wider population it helps me out. Other than the PCS items already discussed here this vehicle has been a completely seamless positive very much like my 2018 Model 3 which I got 60,000 mi out of before trading in on this vehicle. FSD has been used more than 50% since the 14.3 update.

Passing along for info- keep rocking cybercrew!

I also have a late (November) 2024 CyberBeast. My biggest issue was this loud snapping/banging/gunshot noise going over bumps coming from the driver's side front wheel well. I have several 3rd party parts on mine, some from TSportline and some from Unplugged Performance but none that modify suspension. I was installing some parts at Fremont UP and had them check the cause and the lower control arm for the driver's side suspension was hitting a plastic part that had a crack in it that was visible that they even photographed where the crack was in the plastic.

I took my CB to Fremont Tesla to get the Cantrail recall taken care of, and to address this issue. They did the recall and when I picked up my truck I wasn't even out of the parking lot yet, and I heard the noise again... Which can be LOUD (I once had a person in a parking lot building duck down because they CLEARLY thought the noise was handgun fire)... so I made another appointment and I was all irritated that I took it in for this and then they didn't fix it... but I always had the impression that the issue was with the suspension leveling more than anything else.

Well, I get all scheduled to go in to get it taken care of (for the second time) after about 8 months of the issue... and then there was a software update... and voila! The issue ceased entirely. I have never had it since. So I suspect it WAS a leveling issue, and the software update fixed the issue, so I cancelled the 2nd appointment, and still have never had the problem since then. Weirdest thing.

I haven't seen others complaining about this issue much (if at all) online but is was constant and persistent for a very long time... then vanished with a software/firmware update. Probably the weirdest thing that has happened to me in 13 years of owning 4 Teslas all of different models. And now I'm still going strong and LOVE my CB. I haven't posted much about mine because I'm still working on my build and have had to do it gradually... but when I get to the finish line I'll post a video of what I was up to :)

Anyway, overall I've been quite pleased with my CB and am thoroughly convinced all the bad press is paid for by the oil industry, but I digress and will avoid politics. Bottom line... best vehicle I've ever owned or driven... and I've driven some fancy vehicles. I've never had a pickup truck in my life. It's been super-practical and a real pleasure to drive.

FSD I'm still iffy on... but I enjoy driving so I may be a rare minority on that issue. I tried FSD once for about 2 minutes and it was WAY too close to parked vehicles on city streets so I disengaged and never used it again. People say it hugs left online, but this was hugging the right side. It also seems to think parked vehicles on the right side are a threat when I'm driving and alerts way too often on narrow streets so I had to get rid of those alerts. I'm not particularly trusting of the ability of it to drive itself... SOOOO, I drive. I have FSD, but I drive. I'll use it if I have a stroke or heart attack and need to get to a hospital or something and I'm not incapacitated enough to call an ambulance but can't drive on my own. I guess that makes me old sk00l. I work in an ER, so I can judge one way or another.

This was the most expensive vehicle I ever purchased... and I am NOT regretting my purchase, FWIW. Not by any means. I have no need to "upgrade" to a newer model of tri-motor configuration at all. I've got about 16.5K mileage on mine thus far.

Cheers.
